Common pricing questions
Can I subscribe month to month?
No. Moderandi subscriptions require a 12-month commitment and are billed annually. Pricing is shown as a monthly equivalent for comparison; the full annual amount is invoiced per your Order Form.
What is the minimum subscription?
One Admin seat and one Agent seat, for a 12-month term. You can add more seats of either type at any time.
Can I add or reduce seats during the term?
You can add seats anytime — they're prorated to your renewal date and renew together. Reductions take effect at the next renewal and need written notice at least 30 days before it.
Will my price change at renewal?
Renewals are billed at then-current pricing unless your Order Form fixes it. We give at least 60 days' notice of any price change before renewal, so you can decide whether to renew.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can submit a cancellation anytime; it takes effect at the end of your current annual term. Written notice at least 30 days before renewal prevents automatic renewal. Fees for the current term are non-refundable except where required by law.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your data with the platform's standard tools for 30 days after your subscription ends. After that window, we delete customer data on our standard schedule, except where retention is required by law.
Are the Customer Portal and AI Analytics included?
No — both are optional add-ons, priced to your deployment and requiring an active base subscription. Setup, API integration configuration, and agent onboarding are included at no cost.
